„VERDEN“ means „the world“ in Danish, cherishing both the sleek and functional Danish/Scandinavian design and the world we live in. Being passionate about traveling the world we are inspired by its beautiful nature, colors, forms and textures and the materials it provides. We want to make traveling as smooth as possible, be it changing between contitents or communiting from home to work.

All Verden Studios products are made from the finest Italian calf-skin leathers and carefully handmade with greatest attention to detail in a small familiy-run factory just outside Naples in Italy.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and "Sofortüberweisung". If you encounter any payment-related issues, please contact us at hej@verden-studios.com.

We ship worldwide with DHL. Once you’ve placed your order, we will start processing your shipment. Your order is usually ready to ship the following business day.

We will send you a personal tracking number once your order has been shipped.

* International shipping (outside the EU) is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Delivery times can vary due to customs processing.

Note: Unfortunately, we are not offering express shipping yet. If this is an emergency and you need that Verden product asap, give us a call or send us an email. We will try everything in our power to deliver your desired product in time.

We want you to love your new Verden products as much as we do! In case you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please get in touch with us at hej@verden-studios.com.

Products must be unused and in the original condition they were received with all tags attached and in their original packaging such as boxes and dustbags. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.

We offer FREE shipping for all returns shipped from Germany. Please contact us at hej@verden-studios.com and we'll send you a shipping label right away! Please note, that shipping costs and all other associated costs of returning the goods (customs and duties, if applicable) from outside Germany will be covered by the customer.

If the products arrive in the original condition, we start the reimbursement process immediately upon receiving your return parcel. It takes 1 - 2 days to transfer the refund to your payment account. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund. You will be notified via email when we’ve processed the returned products and you will receive your refund via the same method that you used to pay for the products.

In the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at hej@verden-studios.com with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. We will take care of the rest.

All Verden Studios products are made from high quality Italian calf leathers or cotton lining, making them time-resistant and made to last. Our leathers have a pebbled structure, which can differ from part to part and which gives them a soft and luxurious feel. As a result, there will be slight variations in grain and color, making each piece unique and personal.

Use a soft dry cloth to remove any loose dirt. Please keep away from heat and damp and store in the dustbag when not used for a longer period. Should the product get wet, please remove any residual water with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Should the leather get scratched or worn, you can apply leather cream (natural or colored depending on the leather color) or moisturizer to those areas and polish them with a dry cloth to enhance its natural shine and remove any traces before use. Ensure a small test is done on a corner of the item before applying entirely.

The best option is to bring your leather products to a professional leather cleaner.

All our products are handmade with love in a small family-run factory in Italy in small volumes. Should an item not be currently available, please enter your name on the waiting list and you will be informed as soon as the item is back in stock.
